Ceremony Plus Photography Packages

I am offering the option to add professional photography to your wedding services. These packages are only available to those people who are utilizing my services as an officiant. Two packages are available that include your ceremony and images taken on your wedding day.

Ceremony and formals coverage only:

Includes ceremony, officiant, 2nd photographer to shoot ceremony pictures, formals after the ceremony. Up to 2 hours of total coverage. You will receive a disc of your proofs approximately 2 - 4 weeks after the wedding and your images will be available for viewing and purchase by your friends and family from our online proofing site.

Total investment - $750

Intimate Package:

Includes ceremony, officiant, 2nd photographer to shoot ceremony images, formals and reception coverage. Total time of coverage from ceremony to finish is 4 hours. You will receive a proof disc of your images and a 20 page flush mount album custom designed for you as well as online proofing for friends and family so they can enjoy your images from the comfort of their own homes. Disc and album is normally delivered in 6 to 8 weeks.

Fees for Services

I charge a flat fee of $200 for all wedding ceremonies (under 25 miles, see fees below) except same day and ceremonies requiring travel. The fee includes the initial consultation which usually lasts anywhere from an hour to more time depending upon how long it takes to work through what you are looking for in the ceremony, working through the vows and all of the other details. After the meeting, I will work on the ceremony and e-mail updates to you until you are satisfied with the wording of the ceremony and feel that it suits the both of you. The flat fee does not include rehearsals, which is an additional $100.

If, at the end our first meeting, you decide that you would like for me to perform your ceremony I do require the fee for services to be paid in advance in order to hold your date as well as for your convenience so that you don't have to worry about it on the day of your wedding or other special day. I will also have a letter of agreement for you to initial and sign at that time. My fee includes telephone and e-mail follow-ups as required.

Wedding, Baby Naming, Renewal of Vows and Affirmation of Love Ceremonies include a copy of your vows and Certificate. (The certificate is not your license. You must acquire a license through the County Clerk.)

Marriage licenses in Texas have a 72 hour waiting period (unless waived due to active duty military status) and are valid for 30 days.

Both parties must provide picture ID upon first meeting to ensure you meet the legal age requirements to be married.

Same day simple ceremony at your location (Marriage licenses in Texas have a 72 hour waiting period (unless waived due to active duty military status) and are valid for 30 days. You will also need 2 witnesses to be at your location when I arrive and proper ID for the bride and groom.)	$225.00 (cash only)
